I just can't belive it's been 1 year all ready since you went to heaven.  It's not the same without you honey.  Both Ron and I keep asking ourselfs why did it have to happen to such a great kid.  There are no words in the world that can express how much we love and miss you.  I still find myself going into your room and hoping you will be there.  I know your in a much better place  honey.  Please remember to save a place for Ron and I in heaven  so we'll all be together again someday.  you will be in our hearts & prayers forever.  Please say a prayer for Jamie (your side kick) due to she is in the hospital today having a baby.

As we all know Christmas is coming and it will be very emotional for all of us. Thank you for the beautiful Christmas card and for giving me the chance to get to know Matthew a little better.  I'm sure this world is a far better place for having had him in it.  I'm so sorry that you weren't able to accept his diploma in the manner in which you requested.  Some people refuse to look outside the box.  To me, those people are very shallow.  Unfortunately, Matthew's family had to suffer more grief because of it.  I am hoping that you may find some peace in this holiday season.  God Bless! When you woke up this morning
And washed your sleepy face,
Did you think to pause a minute or two
And thank God for His grace?

Or when you stepped outside today
And you saw that big blue sky,
And that shinin' sun that smiles on you
Like the Lord was sayin' "Hi"...
Did you stop to pray and thank the Lord
For the good He sends your way,
For His matchless love and His endless care
That He pours out everyday?

How would you rate
At the Pearly Gate
If God said, "Don't you know...
You've as many days
As you filled with praise
When you walked down there below!"

Would you get to spend
Just a short weekend
Or a half a dozen worth,
If He let you stay
For each single day
That you thanked Him while on earth?

While it sure is great
That we celebrate
What we call Thanksgiving Day,
And it's fun to see
All the family
And to watch the children play...

Still, it just seems odd
That we thank our God
Only when Thanksgiving's here,
For it seems to me
Giving thanks should be
Every day throughout the year!
